Bio
These are dispatches from the life of a 33-year-old female New Yorker attempting to make sense of it all while watching waaaay too much television.

At times, this space feels more like a cultural weblog than anything else. I think out loud about topics of varying significance. I get fannish (and sometimes snarky) about TV, movies, and books. During the regular TV season, the meat of the journal is episode reviews, because I'm obsessive and critical like that.

But occasionally, this is a nauseatingly self-centered traditional journal, complete with the requisite navel-gazing. However, entries bordering on the actually substantive are restricted, security-wise. These days, that applies to about a quarter of all posts. Don't have a LiveJournal account and want to read it all? Click here to join, and then drop me a comment so that I can add you to my friends list. It's free and easy. You can still comment on my public entries here without an account, however. Please do sign anonymous comments.

A note on friends lists for those who are already LJ'ers: please feel free to add me to yours. I usually reciprocate, especially if we have multiple interests in common. I enjoy being introduced to new journals (and journalers). New to my friends list? Please go here and fill out the poll so I know which kinds of posts you'd like to see.

Some other online haunts: I Twitter here. I also maintain [info]relaxation.

Welcome to my little world. Thanks for stopping by.
